After this interactive workshop, you will be empowered and equipped with a framework and skills necessary to embrace difficult conversations as growth conversations. Townsend Personal and Relational Tool (TPRAT) & Debrief
**Additional $25 online assessment fee per person. TRPAT must be taken online before workshop. This can be purchased ahead of time at a bulk rate.
Dr. John Townsend defines character as that set of capacities required to meet the demands of reality. The TPRAT assesses a person’s proficiency level in these four essential life capacities: bonding, boundaries, reality, and capability. You will increase awareness of your strengths and areas for improvement. After this level one interactive workshop, you will have the basic tools and skills necessary to strengthen your leadership capacities and also those you lead. Just like an oak tree has a strong trunk, you need to be strong from the inside-out to thrive! After our time together, each person will have developed a growth plan to strengthen their leadership capacities.
Developing Attunement Skills

After this interactive workshop, you will enhance your leadership effectiveness through developing attunement skills.
